Oregon State University’s Enactus chapter has been traveling to countries all around Central America working on projects to help communities. In 2013 a group of 14 spent two weeks in Nicaragua over winter break focusing on two communities. These communities were Roger Deshon, where we conducted a garbage campaign and built garbage receptacals, and La Isla, where we worked and prepared a community garden.
